Pricing is set based on demand and fair market value, each item is researched before setting the selling price, pricing is set at the discretion of Label Library. If a client needs to get a certain amount of money for an item, this needs to be communicated when the item consigned.
Items listed for more than 30 days will be discounted 10-50%. Markdowns depend on the condition, season and demand for the item. In addition, Label Library will hold normal periodic sales of out-of-season and clearance merchandise, any merchandise in stock is subject to these sales.
You will receive payment for your sold items on the 15th of every month (if the 15th falls on a weekend, it will be dispersed the following Monday). Preferred payment methods include PayPal or Venmo. Your payment will include 40% of the proceeds of clothing sold in the previous month.
All unusable or unsalable merchandise will be donated to charity upon receipt. All items that do not sell after 120 days will also be donated unless specified by the consignor (Designer items will not be donated).
We do not accept items with holes, stains, buttons missing, or wear. All clothing must be clean and free from wrinkles. Shoes accepted for consignment must be in nearly mint condition.
In home consultations are available if you live in the Baltimore Area. If not, consignors will be reimbursed the amount of shipping up to $15 per shipment; Consignors must provide receipt for shipments or have the carrier print the price paid on the shipping label for reimbursement. If the consignor has a Poshmark account, we can arrange the shipment through Poshmark (please contact us for more details).
